Would've been great if you provided a source on the news but none the less, cryptocurrencies are definitely going to be the easy route for the corrupt in the country to swap black money for, which essentially goes untraceable.
Unless everything could be tracked and the governing agencies have control, I don't see this not going through.

Yup, a link to the source would be a must if you're trying to spread FU... err news. 

But the funny thing is, some of these countries could only be following China's lead but in reality China could just be trolling everyone and will release a new regulatory framework for cryptocurrency laws.  I think they'll even form a new regulatory body for it.
