Best OS/ Miner/ for Nvidia/AMD GPU rig farm

Hey guys. so im a bit overwhelmed with all the info here so im asking for assistance. perhaps just point me to the right direction and ill do the rest myself

im about to start a GPU rig operation. I have been mining myself  as well but used windows+ claymore so far.  the rigs will be owned by various people. some will have 1 some will have 10.thus i am  looking for an efficient way to do this all.

the following is important:

1.  5/12 GPU rigs for Nvidia and AMD cards must be possible
2. high customizability such as OC and undervold  every card
3. high stability of mining and not too many issues like i used to encounter with claymore and windows due to all the driver updates.
4. achievable high hash
5. should work not only with eth, rather with zcash and other algos as well.
6. would be nice if it has some farm monitoring options for the people that have more than one rig.
7. no fees= no claymore and such
8. preferably free but would pay as well.



also im quite confused about the difference between CCminer CPUminer BFGminer SGminer and all of them rest miners :/
