For a few reasons, firstly we offer a three year guarantee on the hardware, so we have responsibilities to keep during that time. Also, we source the parts, assemble the rig and install it. We don't make a penny on hosting, only on the supply of the rig itself, where we make a small markup on our costs. For a single rig of a few thousand dollars, our profit is to small to justify the commitment we make.
Once the rig is bought and paid for, it is full property of the investor. 100% of the profits belong to the investor. The investor can do what they want with it, move it outside the country, sell it, anything they want.
Sounds a bit shady... I mean... Don't you need to pay for electricity costs, maintenance and everything else? It doesn't sound very legitimate.
If you want investors to be interested, I'd suggest adding the necessary details.
