I have no longer access to my gmail adress which related to with my Poloniex account so i can't login my poloniex account with one time authentication code. I have no recovery email for poloniex account and did not enable 2FA before but i have my API and API key and 16digit-code and all the information about my last transactions (i wrote on paper) so do you think is it enough to prove that it is my adress ? and whats your advices ?
Note: i am using Polo mobile app and i can monitor my balances with my API keys but i cant trade or withdrawal it is very sad
It's a shame you don't have the withdraw api key as that would be extremely useful at this point.
Other than that, you'll have to wait to see if their suppoer replies to you at some point (as I'm not sure they're very responsive recently based on other users' complaints here about most exchanges).
