Im looking to buy possible 2 Rockminers to mine bitcoins 24/7. The one part that im wondering about is the power supply. It seems that everyone uses a BlackArrow power adapter connected to a PSU then they use the 2.5mm barrel jack to power the device. I don't see the difference between that method and simply using this power cable.

The power supply im looking at http://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Power-Supply-LCD-Monitor/dp/B003TUMDWG/ref=pd_sim_op_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=0JXRQGJFNZZSJ9H35RG9

The Rockminer http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KLQHSM6/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=

Another quick question if anyone is familiar with these miners, do i still need to find that special driver online (i forgot the name) or will the device install it after i connect the USB cable?

(If for some reason this double posts im sorry, was having some issues).

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

that power supply could work the problem is it burns power like a mother fucker.  also it may not be 2.5mm on the inside.
