What makes my post count as activity?
Is the the number of times I spent on BCT, on quality of post or what precisely?
Because I have being making quality post to the best of my knowledge, my post is not counting as activity.
Thanks.

Here you go, full explanation here.
The maximum it can increase is 14 points each fortnight. Looks like you've hit the 3x14=42 threshold (as have I).

If you find time reading in this forum, you would get your answers right away or even google them and it gives you answers from this site. But to answer your question though, the activity adds every 2 weeks so from the time you registered in this forum it gives you a 2 week worth activity already so that's 14 then two weeks after it adds up another 14 activity if you make posts every week to count them in your activity too.

your post is not count as activity. your activity only increase if you post something.
but it will only increase 14 point every 2 weeks. in that 2 weeks, you have to post 14 posts for minimal.

But if you joined 3x [two weeks] ago and have activity 42 but you have posted 100 times... then all that you need to do in the next two week block is post once more, and then your activity will increase to 56. It's all explained in the link I shared, and that is where I learned about activity.

I think the calculation is well thought out, and it prevents someone just joining and posting 1000 times in a day and instantly becoming legendary even though they're new.

when i was newbie i had some doubt like you.  actually activity depends on how many days you are in this forum and how many post you wrote .activity change after every 14 days and you will get 14 activity.if you write more than 14 post in 14 days then you will get 14 activity after 14 days.you will not get over 14 activity in 14 days.it is fixed for reducing spamming in the forum.

What of if I have post more than 14 times that two weeks, will my post that is not yet counted as activity be counted after that two weeks automatically. Or I will need to post fresh for the new two weeks

Excessive posts which were not converted to activity are shifted to next period. So making 28 posts (and leaving forum for 4 weeks) results in same as 4 weeks daily posting.

Yes, all the excessive posts will be counted as soon as your activity update. For example, you made 18 posts in two weeks, technically only 14 posts will be counted in your activity. After another two weeks the excess 4 posts and the posts you've made after 18 will be counted on your "28 activities".

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

For example, if in a 14 day period you post 14 posts, you gain +14 activity.
If you post 2 posts in a 14 day period, you gain +2 activity.
If you don't post at all in a 14 day period, you don't gain activity.
However, if you post 15 or more posts in a 14 day period, you still gain only +14 activity.

This is the basic explanation for jump ranks.
1 X 14 = 14
2 X 14 = 28
3 X 14 = 42     ( jr member) 30days-42days
4 X 14 = 56
5 X 14 = 70     (member) 60days -70days
6 X 14 = 84
7 X 14 = 98
8 X 14 = 112
9 X 14 = 126   (full member) 120days-126days
10 X 14 = 140
11 X 14 = 154
12 X 14 = 168
13 X 14 = 182
14 X 14 = 196
15 X 14 = 210
16 X 14 = 224
17 X 14 = 238
18 X 14 = 252 (Sr. Member) 252days
19 x 14 = 266
20 x 14 = 280
21 x 14 = 294
22 x 14 = 308
23 x 14 = 322
