My Shop is showing 9.9BTC Received BUT not in wallet

Hello,

my website is connected to BlockChain wallet through APIs, today i got an email saying:

Payment Received Notification
A Payment has been received into your bitcoin wallet.
052a9d484dfe9045dcad1d0133db7e00533927570f117b68669a8072b61724a0

and user is funded into my website. but the funds are not into my BlockChain wallet

and when i check the ID of payment, i get "Transaction not found".

how can this be possible? is it a hacking attempt? how the user made a transfer and got confirmed by BlockChain, then transaction is not found at all?

Hello,

not really sure what happend there. But to be on the safe side you should always
wait for some confirmations. I would only sell very low value items to unconfirmed transactions.
