Account hacked

Hello there, my    Sr. Member account was hacked, what do i need to do to get it back?

Noticed it today, saw someone is writing on my account for the past 4 days (since sept 21.)

hints for you: if you need to hacker stop write messages from your accounts ways are:
1.first try to recover your password with email if you have access to your email associated with profile.
if you not have access and to your email associated with profile. then
2. write to some moderators to ban account till recover it.
3. if not have moderator to ban your accoint some trick to self ban profile is to try recover with secret question - some try will autoban your profile.

after this write to Administrators: Cyrus or theymos to unban/unlock your profile and if need to reset to other email

I have access to my old email, when i put the email into "forgotten password" it says it doesnt exist, so pw recovery scratch that

Also my account "sciack" has been hacked! They have changed email as well!!
