Here in Argentina, particularly in Buenos Aires there's a rapid growing community of users, traders and developers.

     I went to the mailing list (google group) you linked to in your post and signed up.  I made my first post yesterday, or tried to, but nothing happened.  I'm wondering if this group requires special permission or something.  Is there a moderator I can contact?

Lot of people replied to your mail. Please check the emails online from the groups.google.com site or check your spam. May be you don't have the email subscription enabled.
