Like I said before you need to patient and you will be paid in a case of Signals Network bounty campaign. Guys have some delays but only because of their hard work for the whole project.

I just received the bounty tokens but their erc20 hash is different from those I bought at ICO. What is going on? shouldn't they be the same token?

Wow, I can't even imagine that. How interesting is it possible that one coin had different addresses of contracts? 
I had coins on the stock exchange, I transferred them to my wallet and put them together with the coins of distribution. They have the same contract and are the same.

With a bearish momentum I'm not sure that we can't go lower. In every moment there can be more sellers than buyers - some people may get tired of slow development or situation on the whole cryptocurrency market.
