Auctions stands at 90% done. so very soon first auction is going to take place. i m thinking of september as first auction launch. also they are very safe with funds etc. as they good to go with finance beyond 2022.  Its best time to buy at these prices as once back to back auction starts then price will also keep appreciating. Nick also admitted that the price does not reflect the Real Value of the token.

No there are no plans for buybacks and burns, these are likely strategies which would result in WPR being classified as a security. WPR is a utility token that's usage is two-fold:

It provides priority access to renewable energy auctions on our platform. Renewable energy auctions are at the core of our proposition. WPR token holders have an exclusive priority access to purchase energy at the minimum auction price.

Energy allocation in the priority auction is equal to the share of total tokens a user has, compared to other auction participants. In the priority stage of the auction you can contract renewable energy without competing on price. It also constantly grants you access to the energy donation pool filled with 0.9% of the energy contracted via the auctions on our platform

The product has not launched yet. But developers tokens are unlocked regularly every month. They sell them, earn mote money and holders lose more money.
based on my research, it seems that the team is working well on project. I am sure Binance has not listed Wepower with on reason. But unlocking the tokens before product launch is not fair.

While you are correct in the fact that WPR is unlocked each month, as per the vesting of the team tokens, however, the team have not access any WPR tokens for a number of months now, after Nick, CEO, stated that no more would be accessed until the launch of auctions:

Tokens were previously sent to Binance to put liquidity at 35% in advance of first auctions! These were of course however, only an amount which the team were able to access as per the monthly release per the vesting. Here is Nick's reply back when this action was taken:

WePower had option to transfer WPR at any time to the exchanges as they are unlocked on a monthly basis and has never done so to make any sale as there was no point in doing it until platform development is done for the token to have use within the platform. Now that the abality for the usage will appear with and after first auctions we have moved them to binance account.
