Auctions: Quantity and the progress of the present auctions.

In the stage of auctions that are now ending we have 3 and 4 in the prep stage to be launched.

More auctions done?

Yes, currently awaiting approval of PPA by the lenders of the selling party. once confirmed will go in to force.

Do you guys already have pauing customers on the platform?

Yes, they range from retailers to project owners and buyers that are using the system.

Marketplace/Platforms require many participants; is participant growth accelerating? Are your current connections are able to help?

Absolutely, marketplace requires participants that would be participating constantly and we are happy witht the current traction especialy under COVID turmoil that is hard on people and companies that are looking to go green or in general procure energy. And although some companies have put their plans on hold (for example Victoria with strict locdowns where our office is) others are moving forward.

It would be helpfull if the team would simply explain the WPR in conection with VPM.

VPM at the current stage is one of the mechanisms to drive long term demand and market participation as mentioned above. Currently it is used by retailers and other participants exploring novel retail models to engage their customers, onboard them on to the VPM, buy a lon term PPA in the  primary marketplace and  offer smaller chunks of such PPA to their customers without any effort

How many WPR tokens a company need to have priority access to an auction and be able to buy 1MWh of energy?

Today we do not work with customers looking to buy less than 1GWh a year. Talking about quantity of WPR, this very much depends on the value of discount of energy bought (PPA vs Market) in a case of one single participant 0 WPR will be required as parties do not compete for participation in the priority auction. in case there will be more than one participant, the ammount of WPR will depend on the value of the discount on the deal to buy energy and the max ammount such a buyer is willing to spend on WPR to secure lowest possible price.

What will happen if the WPR price will be high

Good, but the matter does not change, it will depend on total discount value still, the number of individual WPR will be smaller in this case, those who secured it earlier will have WPR at a cheaper price.

current use of WPR on the platform is to be able to secure lower price of energy jumping the line in procurement from general auction to priority, we are not changing this mechanic, there are other use cases in development with Retailers and we will happily announce them once they are fully worked out.

What is the level of cooperation of WePower and AEMO, AEMC?

AEMO is the source of generation data for us on the daily basis for settelement and energy delivery to customers. We do not require a Retail license as our partners/retailers are responible for energy delivery under their own licenses.

 Who pays GAS for Ethereum?

gas is paid by the issuing party (seller of energy)

Does the seller have to commit to donation in the secondary market?

Under current structure donation applies to primary market and our goal of the platform is to have volume and grow it ar rapidly as possible.

What are the tangible benefits of the WePower ecosystem that makes it desirable for a perticipant to join?

• Marketplace size - We have over 1GW of projects listed accross multiple states in Australia both wind and solar
• Secondary market provides an excelent oportunity for secondary transactions between larger players to manage their exposure and risks plus buy additional services the transaction might need like balancing/firming
• Pool of buyers for project owners
• cost effectiveness due to standartization of documents and processes that saves allot of time
• Auditability in terms of green energy delivery and contracting.

What european country is the first candidate for market entrance by WePower?

As you know we worked with Salzburg and continue work with them thus DACH area is most interesting for us today, however we do not exclude other countries.

First WePower has donation Pool and it will be started once next 2 auctions are done and by nick's comment in last AMA, we are looking for 3-4 auctions to be completed very soon so it will definitely add great value to token holders. as there are 21 projects worth 1GW on the WePower's Platform so token holder will keep getting donations on constant basis.

Q Since the name Cleanco has already been mentioned, maybe the Wepower team would mention the potential of working with them.  Does the cooperation include only newly built power plants or also the existing ones?

Ans: We are leaving the disclosure of nature of our cooperation to them at the time when they will be ready to do that

If you are referring to the price of WPR token, the team doesn't control it, it is up to the market. There is no buyback program or any token burning at this point. If there is news about it, someone will share it here. The team is also working on increasing the utility of the WPR token and as stated by Nick in the AMA they will be sharing more details by the end of this year.

Yes they are working on increasing the utility of the token. also very good growth is happebing behind. soon all most auctiosn will start getting completed and a continuous donation to its holders. those who are accumulating at this price is really a steal bargain. though i add but its little quantity. i wish i could have more money as once dontaion starts then it will graually keep building month after month.

Hello everyone!!! it's great to be here today 🙂

I will start with an update today which will cover questions on what have we been doing over the past month and in general this year 🙂

the major update is that we have launched 3 main pillars of WePower ecosystem that we have been working over to create the infrastructure that would be able to support end to end flow of renewable energy transactions, naturally there is much stuff to develop and inmpement in the future as the feedback is coming from the clients and users of the platform.

The question of the roadmap has popped up many times over the last year and the main question was - why don't you put it on the web for everyone to see. The answer is - we do not want others in the space to be able to copy us, and that happens, luckily we can be far ahead in what we do and the work is complex, making it hard to copy.

On to the update

We have our main PPA marketplace for Larger companies and retailers to participate and post transaction either use the energy for themselves in the case of a large user or sell it down energy to final clients in case of a retailer. As was previously indicated we have compleated second and third transaction and are still awaiting energy seller lender confirmation for the contracts to go in to force. This takes much longer than we have anticipated unfortunately and we will inform you all and the public as soon as this step will be completed. We continue working with other transactions in our pipeline.

Now the secondary marketplace, our second core pillar of WePower ecosystem. It currently has the basic version for retailer participation and the Enterprise.

Lets start with enterprise first where we have 2 retailers using the solution as Platform as a service to serve their clients and thus expanding the reach of the ecosystem. The core benefit of this solution to WePower and the cumunity is that this drives the interest of such retailers to go for more renewable energy and aquire it through WePower PPA primary marketplace and providing seemless experience and optimized operations to the retailer while serving their clients and driving transaction volumes over time higher and higher. More information on the progress will be released this month. Retailers love it !

Base version has simmilar functionality offering, but is not as personalized for the retailer as the Enterprise version making it a much easier step for the retailer to pilot is first with their clients before goint for customization of using the Base version wile still utilizing Primary PPA marketplace to source additional renewable energy and resell it to their clients.

Now to the last and very important pillar of the ecosystem!
We have launched a buyer facing ( SME/Corporate customer ) Energy control center, through which small to medium energy users are able to manage their contracts, energy portfolio and launch procurement for sustainable energy on the platform. And the most amazing thing is that we have onboarded over 7 retailers on to the platform to provide services to these customers.

The first transaction has been compleated and will be announced shortly.

This project really active right now because I don't see any good update about project activity. Price and volume all think dump long time ago so what's going on next step. I will be lucky if the project continue growing.
