Tokens with Rewards?

how can i create a token with rewards?

I already know how to create a token，now i want to send some ether to all token holders. I don't want to use address.send(), it often fail. I find some information to know to use withdraw()，but no example.

i need the token holders can automatically get ether from an public address
can someone tell me how to do it? thanks
