What is the 20% token reserve for?
Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I wonder, how will you deal with fresh groceries like those with very short shelf life?
We're not dealing with perishables in the very beginning of launching the project, but then, when the fulfillment centers netwok will be enlarged noticeably, it won't be a problem.

What are you going to sell then if fruits, veggies, meat etc are excluded from the list?

Can someone explain how INSP works??
INSP is  a promotional token it's not the same as INS.
INSP tokens are used exclusevly for obtaining a 5% bonus to INS token purchases at the token sale. To apply for the Bonus provided by the INSP tokens you have to send at least 1 INSP token to your promo token address, which can be found at the Profile tab of your https://tokensale.ins.world account

Here is a detailed instruction: https://ins.world/airdrop/How_to_Apply_INSP_(INS_Promo_Token).pdf
Attention! Take care and DO NOT send ETH or anything else to your promo token address. Only send INSP tokens! One INSP token automatically provides a 5% bonus on a single transaction at sale.

We are going to start with FMCG (or CPG) goods. Examples include non-durable goods such as packaged foods, beverages, toiletries, and many other consumables.

It's much more than just an online store Smiley
INS is the first global decentralized ecosystem that will enable consumers to buy groceries directly from manufacturers conveniently and at lower prices.

INS will facilitate the direct interaction between consumers and manufacturers. Bypassing retailers and wholesalers means a more personalized and transparent grocery shopping experience at lower prices. Consumers will be able to decide which brands they want and goods they need.

INS will enable manufacturers to create bespoke marketing programs to promote their goods directly to the consumers. These programs run on smart contracts and powered by the INS token as a means of reward. It is similar to miles-based reward programs of many airlines, but more advanced, cheaper to run and personalized thanks to smart contracts behind them.

If to speak in general, there're many pros for investors in participating in ICOs. Some of them are transparency for example, an escrow can be used to verify how the funds are being spent after the ICO.
Early Investors will have more liquidity in early stage companies. Early access to a token which has the potential for capital growth and so on.

Many things could go wrong between the product itself, the packaging and the shipping to the buyer. In a system that relies on many different parties, who is responsible when problems arise?

It depends on a certain situation, I guess, the problem will the solved where it arises. For example, if there's a delivery problem, it would be solved by the courier company, etc.

Does it mean that responsibility will be either on manufacturer or those centers managed by the third party while INS won't be answerable because it just provided that platform for the participants?
