What wallet did you have? If it's MEW this is instruction: "Click the Orange "Show All Tokens" Button. Scroll and click the token you want to load, where it says "Click to Load". You can also use cmd/ctrl+f to search for a token on the list more quickly." When you do it you should can transfer your tokens from wallet to exchange.

Its not ins that is falling its BTC and with it taking all the altcoin with it, it will pass and the market will recover and people who loses are the once who sell at dips like this.

No, ins start to dump before the btc dump. The bts dump just dont help this, and without good news that will not change :s

hi mate, i strongly suggest that you send them an email again, send them a direct message here as well and try to keep in touch with the team with there telegram if there's any. you need to have a direct contact with them than to just post your concerned here and wait for their response. those suggestions i gave might respond you quickly.

Direct Message to admin through Telegram group is the fastest way to solve this problem. I remember INS has a support team usually online to help the user solve their problem without email support. I also recommend you should to use Telegram instead of email support.
