I've tried to help you but I can't cause you just pay 1582sts for transaction fee so I can't use transaction accelerator on viabtc cause transaction fee is too low. I think you should try to contact some member in here whom providing transaction accelerator service maybe they can help you. Beside I have one suggestion for you, you shouldn't set transaction fee too low if you don't want your transaction stuck like this one more time, I think you should pay at least 0.0001- 0.0003 BTC for transaction fee
. If you don't want to wait more longer I think you should pay a little bit more for transaction fee to make it get confirm faster
