I am accepting donations to have a coin developed

1 coin per block

45 second block time

8 verifications per transaction

difficulty adjusts every 640 blocks

0.15625% chance to get 10000% block reward (This happens ~1 time per difficulty adjustment)

~40 Million total coins

I would also like to add:

A way for the coin to incur interest something like proof of stake I am guessing

each time the difficulty goes up the reward goes down based on % of power in the network (99-1% of the reward)

as the change in hashing power on the network goes down or levels off the reward returns to normal (1.01-100x nerfed block reward, I believe)

please critique this

does this sound good on paper?
