I trustless on project that only gave fixed amount about 50- 60 tokens per job for participants.
At final I  believe that will be about 2% remain to company which should be use for bounty due the fixed amount they're offering for participants.
It should be stakes to be fair for all and avoid unused token in bounty.
Just my opinion...
