Quite simply, I want an animated avatar. Same picture, but with a light and dark shade of orange in the background. I'm sure it's not that hard, but I just can't be bothered looking into it right now. Keep it simple

Not sure they support GIF's any more.  Mine was moving but it stopped when I uploaded it.  Only the old GIF's work. (Ones uploaded before the rule)

May be just the way I uploaded it though.
