I know etherdelta crypto exchange in smart contract.

Try to check etherdelta exchanger's github code. They're a perfect example of your question frankly. They're conducting their platform without problems since very long time.

Hi,

we solved it in that way: https://github.com/BBODTradingPlatform/BBOD .

During the ICO, will be exchange on other side. Price fix -7% to ICO price, which is lineary change up in time from 40% discount to 0.
