I personally haven't used them yet, but maybe OpenBazaar is what you are looking for. Or did you mean something else by p2p vendors?

Write it yourself. If you have found a need in the service arena, then fill it. Otherwise there is no need for it at all. There are more than 100 out there and they all seem to do just fine, other than the trust factor. I am sure that yours will work just fine and then you will have a change to see where the others sometimes fail.
