About INGENICIEL
Our aim is to solve several unresolved problems in the healthcare sector, especially by building an individual EMR (Electronic Medical Records) exchange platform between healthcare institutions, patients and physicians, using Blockchain technology (the underlying technology of Bitcoin, the world famous cryptocurrency). The forward network is absolutely secured and decentralized, thus avoiding EMR theft by malicious persons.

Ingeniciel, through its web app, allow patients to access easily to their medical records, placing them at the center of their health. Doctors' entries and checkups are encrypted on the network and can be consulted by the patient. The medical and paramedical staff in charge of the patient have a right to read or modify informations, depending on their activity field.

The company was founded by Pierre Bouvier. Pierre is an entrepreneur fond of computer science. He specialized first in health and science, during 4 years in a number of universities, and is now moving towards Ingeniciel development and implementation. His scientific basis, his knowledge about blockchain and web development allows him to focus on creating solutions based on the issues associated with medicine and computer science.

Nice question. First of all, we will implement Ingeniciel in France. After that, in Europe and in countries/governments which want to get/test the service in their healthcare centers. I talked about that in many political/health conferences, that was a nice subject to discuss and I went back home with a lot of positive feedbacks.

What is the Total Supply of this token?
What happens to the other 97.8% of tokens after the ICO is complete?

We can calculate the Total Supply using the info provided in the ANN:

ICO: 1,550,000 ICL (2.2% of Total Supply)

                    1550000
TOT   =   -----------------------   =   approx 70.45 mln tokens
                       0.022

If ICO price is 0.1 ETH, then market cap at start will be:

                                               0.1 ETH          $ 307.50 USD

                                                  1 ICL                   1 ETH

=  $ 2,166,477,272.73 USD Market Cap

That puts it at #8 on coinmarketcap.com, which would be quite a feat for an ICO.

This also means that the unsold tokens will be worth $ 2.1 BILLION USD. Who will be holding those tokens after the ICO?
