Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

LOL. Shame that this thread is in the services sub otherwise it'd have been spammed to no end  Grin
I think most people here would go to local and recognised doctors if they had any serious issues.
You surely can't expect someone to pay you for a medical consultation without providing any background information or credentials!?  Huh

weirdess offer I ever encountered so far aside from those girls who offer their images in exchange of btc.
We will never bet or put our lives into some strangers whom we do not know their background. If you want us to believe in you better if you put your code number for your profession, because it matters in this kind of service.

I doubt you're a doctor any more than I'm a black negro from Uganda.  In either case there's no one in their right mind who's going to pay you for a medical consultation, especially when you can't treat anything and your credentials are dubious.

And if you really are a doctor from Uganda--there's no way in flaming hell I'm going to you for advice.  No offense, doc.

Hi Doc, but I really want to understand how this will work because of the parameter to know at what point will your client be satisfied and who will be the determinant of that?

The escrow is someone that I see put in the middle of this and I doubt if anyone would accept a deal that is purely based on subjectivity. Because if you say you have provided me with the best of service and I say you haven't, how will he determine who is right?.

If you are really a doctor, you will be bound by some ethics of the profession in which I know you are flagrantly abusing based on what you put up there. Good luck in getting your patients.

Thanks everyone for the inputs.
And for the cristicism, i take it with no offence registered.

Where as there are ethical considerations around TELEMEDICINE, its totally an up and fully running field in fact a 23Bn USD market at the moment, predicted at 66Bn in 2021 https://www.mordorintelligence.com/industry-reports/global-telemedicine-market-industry

That said, with the growing digitization, there is need for any patient, anywhere with a medical question to find an answer remotely without having to visit a doctor’s office and meeting the accompanying expenses of money and especially time. This of course, excludes emergencies.

Be good, do good, make better.

Telemedicine and medicine at large is faced by ethical issues and dillemas.
The way i do my work, and since you seem to understand the work of a doctor to a deeper degree, you shall know that the work of a doctor is more of a service than a job. So in case of disatisfaction, i am more likely to easily compromise than not.

Be good, do good, make better.

What if you fail to provide the answer for the question which client asked you? on what basis are the fees calculated? you might be a legit doctor with positive motive but this kind of service is strange and new here really hard for users to digest or trust on you.

Correct we will not entrust our life to you , you are a big stranger if so. Make yourself clear first here, tell us about your back ground and your profession. I guess you cannot find a patient here, because we rather go to our local clinic which is 24/7 awake and guess what it is free, and if the case is serious we go to hospital rather than searching or looking for you.
Thanks of your offering.
But like people said, there is no harm on trying things. We have our own ways.

We know that it's a big industry but the main point here is that you haven't proven that you are a medical practitioner. There are sites online/applications that allow you to video chat with real qualified doctors. Thing like that can save a lot of time and save you from having to drive to your local GP or clinic. However, what makes you qualified to be the one advising? You need to prove that you're actually a doctor as opposed to someon who will just WebMD any questions thrown his way.
