Agree with this. I booked the pre-order because I'm really interested and intend to buy the actual product, while now I may have to buy early number from somebody who may have no intention/financial support to buy it at beginning? No sense this way. I may just have to focus on other companies who truly consider their actual customers.

Your place is only worth something if you have already paid. 
The order you'll get your unit is determined by when you send them money - so... if you have not paid, then a number from a contact form doesn't have much value.

We will open up the order books soon and give everyone a chance to pay for their preorder (7 days), We will then ship them based on the preorder registration number, not when the order was paid for

as long as the order is paid for within the 7 days we will honor the queue placement. if you pay on day 8 you will simply enter the queue from the back

if you do sell your order number all I will need is an email from both parties and I will do the rest, they will get your queue placement. it can’t however be for more than your registered amount of boxes and we will not split preorders into multiplies

So if somebody that preordered a few units but never intends to buy your merchandise will be able to sell his preorders. And a actual customer who who is willing to pay and has the money will have to wait in line. Great way to do business , even better than BFL.

Has KNC even announced that they are planning a quantity of 500 for the first batch? I didn't see that anywhere, just curious where that number is coming from.

Each order allows the customer to buy up to 3 machines, this means only up to order #167 are guaranteed to get into the first batch, even if many people don't order more than 1 machine (or at all), how are you supposed to get into the first 500 batch of machines with a #530 order?

This is an answer from Sam as i asked him, how this is going when i have a order numbers over 500:

A few weeks ago, there was a possibility to choose between 2 KNC Products at the the KNC shop.
1. 100% price for products 1-500
2. 50% price for products over 500

What annoys me more than anything is people on eBay/or here selling pre orders for boxes. When the person buying has no chance of actually knowing if the box will ever arrive at his/her door because the original company doesn't allow a change of shipping address,

There is enough scamming in this industry already. I do not want to see our boxes or queue placements being used at all to scam anyone out of money and if i can spend a few minutes to fight that I will.

If this offends anyone then so be it. I would rather that than have you lose your coins to someone who claims to have a queue placement, or a full pre order who in actual fact does not.

After payments are made and the queue does indeed become longer. We know that queue trading is gong to happen and as we cant stop it the best we can do is try to make sure no one gets scammed.

If you plan to deliver a timely product, such scamming shouldn't be much of an issue. It's only when the manufacturer has been holding on to payments for months and not delivering anything that you can excuse people getting itchy feet.

Representatives from your company have previously said you expect a high-drop out rate from pre-orders (I don't have the link but I know it's been repeated in the main KnC thread several times). But now, if you've given people with an early pre-order who were never serious about buying your products a green light to sell their spot in the queue (which is most of your pre-orders if your earlier admission is correct), you are only inviting a frenzy of further speculation.

I think rewarding speculation at this point is only going to pour fuel on the fire.

Preorders should simply need to stop. That is a main problem. Sell product in heand and not reservation. If company need finance then they need to have a contract with peple willing to invest. Preorders are free loan witgout obligations.

Yes, and if KnC support it they will have to hire people to maintain a secondary market in trading queue spots. What's stopping someone who pays $5,000 for a spot in the first 50 orders from reselling it a couple of days later for $7,000?

Out of all the motherfuckin' questions that you've been asked on this forum and have ignored, or claimed to be too busy, you take the time to post this with a promise that you'll handle it on your end via mega emails, all of which will take tremendous time.

Well, here's what I think. I fuckin' think that some of the people that will  be selling their pre-orders will be you, for there's no fuckin' way we would know differently.

A couple hundred pre-orders that you control racks up to be a pretty big chunk of change.

Let's just see how many NEWBIES start posting their pre-orders for sale, all of which Sam, et al., will make time to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly.

If you are from Sweden maybe you can visit them in one of their open house? customers in butterfly and avalon has been selling their pre-orders, they is nothing wrong. is always FIFO or those who are late in their orders, LILO

With BFL and Avalon people are selling pre-orders they have paid for. Here, people are selling 20 seconds of work, this doesn't make any sense whatsoever. If it was paid pre-orders that they made transferable, then that's at least understandable, but this is ridiculous.
