If you are talking about ann threads it's not artwork but BBCode. However within a thread or post you can have artwork in the form of pictures or ascii code, etc.

There are some helper apps, just google BBCode editor and see what comes up.

Most people just use the built-in forum function with the existing toolbar.

This question could be more clear, but if you’re asking how to make artwork, perhaps the answer you’re looking for is Adobe Photoshop?

It is better to ask your bounty manager to understand about the requirements. Based on my understanding, the artwork should be a digital drawing.

I see you not an English speaker and are struggling so I will try to be as though as possible.

You can use any app or method to do artwork. Art is art there are not suppose to be rules. Art is not suppose to have rules or methods to follow. Use your imagination. Use pencil or charcoal or paint even oils and scam it. You can use art programs or paintshop pro or even free programs like gimp. You not kinited by anything but yourself. Good luck and have fun and let us know what you designed and put it here.
