Ok, basically you are right. But do you know how many people read and understand whitepapers? And they are investing a lot of money in those projects...
We wanted to make a point here. It's easy to write 100 hundred page whitepaper that no one reads.

Do you want me the choose a lot of projects that delivered only whitepapers and got millions $ from people that read only whitepapers? stox etc etc etc

Do you know how many projects are in top 50 on coinmarketcap and have no line of code on github and no team?
