Due to the fact that the crowdsale wasn't completed. Meaning that all tokens where burned till ratio. You can read all about it on our blog. It comes down to the fact that you'll receive more valuable GET instead of the same amount of GET. The maximum supply was lowered so to speak. This is a pretty well known concept/mechanism for token-sales. Please note in my post above that is also possible to receive Ether instead of GET.

May be other bounty participants they don't know about this procedure because you didn't satated it in the beginning of the bounty and is not included in the rules
