BitRent - Decentralized platform for investing and monitoring building construction
General information
Nowadays there are a lot of problems associated with construction and real estate. According to the Economist, productivity in construction has fallen by half since the late 1960s.
There are a number of factors that contributed to this and the most important of them are: political regulation (there are up to 93 000 different building codes and rules only in the USA) and a conservative approach in the methods themselves, that has not changed much in either the design or the construction of buildings, nor in the buy/sale process or exchange.
In addition, there is an issue of capitalization of the property itself. The official real estate market is estimated at $ 217 trillion in 2017, this market usually includes 10 out of 200 countries that produce capital, the so-called golden billion, which has legitimate mechanisms for the representation of its property.
In our opinion, this market owing to the crypto-currencies and the Blockchain economy can be opened for every resident and thus to make every real estate object on the planet functional.
These are the most common problems:
● Investment loss when building is stopped;
● Opacity of the construction process;
● Significant time costs for investor and developer to interact with each other;
● High entry barriers to the real estate investment market.

Our goal - is to develop a decentralized platform based on Blockchain technology and Smart contracts. Using this platform anyone in this world can invest in real estate market.
