Bittrex - Triggered SL/Support ticket ignored for 9 days

Hi everyone.

I made a "StopLoss" on Bittrex for LOMOcoin,and guess what - it just instantly triggered.And I sold my lmc for 1130 something




I can only guess that it happened because someone accidently sold some lmc by price below my trigger conditions...

Support on Bittrex doesnt show life activity for 9 days already - are we better then Poloniex?



What a heck should I do now then? :/

Whats the problem? If your stoploss was triggered because the market went below your stop price then thats it. If you dont know what you are doing then avoid using the advanced features of an exchange. You should measure the volatility of a coin before you set a stoploss. If you didnt want to sell at that price then why place the stop there?

Its really your fault unless the exchange executed it before it reached your stop price.
