I chose to withdrawn my tokens to a MEW address a week ago but for now i dont see any CRPT tokens in MEW and on the crypterium website i see a total of 0 remaining tokens. Should I wait more? I mean I saw that people are saying that processing takes longer, but is my situation ok?

I mean it is hard to say honestly because there are thousands of missing deposits still and tens of thousands of missing token transfers... They continually said both issues would be fixed in UP TO 7 DAYS from the ticket that was submitted to support and they have that missed that mark badly. People have missing deposits from December and are waiting 10+ days for tokens to hit their wallets.  I don't see the token withdraw issue as being quite as severe as the missing deposits... mainly because as a bank if people don't believe their deposit will be credited for whatever reason(Even stupidity like sending to wrong address) they just won't deposit and then there won't be transactions and no need for CRPT as fuel...

I am missing tokens for 9 days now so... I feel like they are just moving very slowly and eventually they will hit my wallet.  That being said this ICO has been very poorly ran and most of the issues they have could have been avoided with a little common sense and experience in the customer service area(which has been horrific in my experience trying to get answer after 7 days about my tokens...)  I think waiting longer is really the only option anyways..not like there is any legal recourse if they don't send tokens

Like the majority of ICO participants, I have yet to receive my tokens. The Crypterium site shows a  slow, somewhat interrupted transfer of coins, and with well over 60 thousand token buyers, it will take them over a year to distribute all the tokens at the current rate. It doesn't appear automated at all, but rather manually processed.

While I don't yet think this is a scam, it doesn't inspire much confidence in the Crypterium's teams abilities. The Ethereum network appears to be cranking at over 1.2 million transactions per day, so I doubt this is really due to network congestion, but rather poor planning and/or lack of technical know how. Either way, very disappointing and not reassuring.

Hoping the Crypterium team will hire someone soon with the expertise to rectify the situation.

Hey everybody...Support has disappeared. I have sent several emails to support and before they would respond in a day. It has been a week and all of my emails have been ignored.  Have not received my tokens as of yet and it has been 13 days from withdrawing them to my MEW. They kicked me out of telegram for asking about the delay. Crypterium is turning g out to be a scam. Hope I am wrong but the way things are going now it looks like a scam to me.

I think spamming with those emails or chat in telegram won't do you any good. In their case, I am sure their inbox is flooded with thousand of emails waiting them to reply. Your spamming just make their respond even worst. Patient is the key and I do not think that they are scam, just a slow distribution or withdrawal, that's all.

if you want to withdraw your tokens to a ledger nano wallet, will myetherwallet still take care of adding the token or do you have to add it yourself still

All what i know you can not. And your litecoin has been converted to crpt token. And you will be able to withdraw your crpt token after 13 january. The distribution will be taking place at 18 january massive distribution because they are having technical isaued at the moment.

But the minimum purchase of CRPT is 75 tokens, so how can it be converted to CRPT tokens? It did not even reach the minimum purchase requirement. I think Cypterium should pay his $20 litecoin back.

This project is really good because it has exceeded the hard cap beyond expectations. I participated in their telegram and they are sure in February there will be many new exchanges listed CRPT. I guess the CRPT could soon reach $ 10 in 2018 and if you missed out on this opportunity it would be best to buy the CRPT listed on major exchanges.

The jury is still out with how good this is.... they have a ton of issues right now from thousands of missing/un-credited deposits to tens of thousands of missing token withdraws... in their Telegraph they are saying Jan 20 on tokens now and possibly a lot longer on deposits or refunds

But at least the website is up and running again....

CRPT is one of the best projects at the moment because their telegram channel is more than 30,000 members and this creates a very good effect before being listed on major exchanges. At this point you should consider investing in CRPT right now because I am sure the CRPT price could soon reach $ 10 this year.

While the last 24 hours have shown some improvement of the 13.5m tokens distributed so far 48% have been delivered to 2 addresses. I cant see them pulling off delivery of 20m more tokens in the next 9 to 10 days. I would say full delivery will be completed mid February unless they throw some money or serious manpower at the problem. I would rather they focus on value added activities though. I agree with the be patient message. No one should be thinking of selling before the end of the decade. Mid to late next decade will be a good time, so chill is the right idea.
