Can total ram of 4gb affect zcash mining performance ? because i seen that virtual memory must be set to at least 16 gb if you gonna do mining with multiple cards .. (claymore zcash miner explanation)

Virtual Memory has nothing to do with actual ram that your computer may have. For this reason 4 GB of Ram if it is DDR4 is enough to run a mining rig with up to 6 graphic cards. Setting the virtual memory to 16 GB is for the stability of the miner. Anyway I would recommend a minimum of 8 GB Ram for a single rig with up to 6 graphic cards. All the few rigs that I have are running with 8 GB Ram and are working very well so far. Some of them with Claymore or EBWF miners and some with Nicehash. No problems on both miners.

Virtual memory does not impact the Zcash mining performance.

No problem at all. Some of my rigs run with 2gb ram and they're running very well.
Just make sure to set >16gb of virtual mem.
