As a team member of SophiaTX I can tell you it was not a scam, just terrible miss management by Jaroslav. After ICO he did not listen to anyone and become super-greedy and did not convert enough crypto to stable coins. So after crypto crash, company had just small amount of funds and from that money we spend a lot of on flights, hotels and really expensive offices we rented, not to mention our marketing team. They were one of the best earners in the team as Jaroslav was a big fan
of our CMO. Jaro did not touch any SPHTX tokens, but he had very generous base salary ~250k, and that's a lot for such a small startup and of course we also received shitload of tokens. Rest of the management sold most of the tokens just after ICO when price hit the ATH and bought houses, cars, motorcycles ... We were also super over-employed and most of the team did nothing (especially SAP consultants) just received their salaries and drank coffee. So for anyone out there who has still hope for this project - there is no hope, there is no money and the most skilled people left.
