If and only if you have truly free power would i even come close to that power hog of a card. At the price you quote it has about a 5 month ROI before you make any profits.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Yeah power is truely free (but only for 1 rig max ) , Just like to know whats are the hashrates of this card , and how much likely is it that it burns or melts something due to power consumption

Oh yeah, you don't pay cause others pay your bill. There is no free electricity, however i dont think they will complain if you leave that cpu 24/7. Now if you have a farm with them then get ready to be prosecuted hehe

I myself got one cheap for 120 a while ago, i had to down clock it a bit and lower the voltage because of the heat. For 200 i'd maybe look into other options.

It's pretty nice for free electricity but due to being a 7000 series card it's going to pull a shit ton of electricity, make sure your PSU can handle it. They also run hot, if it gets to be too much an aftermarket cooler can help a whole lot. IIRC reference card blowers on the 7990s were pretty loud as well.

The level of production they are about the same to produce as AMD 4 series. But there is a big disadvantage of these cards. They are very energy intensive and strongly heated. You say that the power consumption does not interest you but you need to approach this from the other side. Power supply which can power 4 GPU 4 or 5 series it will be enough for 2 HD 7990. This additional cost. You may have to install additional blowout.

Fact3: 50+ on dagger (eth/ etc is a nono)

When buying older, power-hungry cards, having free electricity is only one consideration. You also have to consider that you may need to obtain a PSU with a higher-rating than if you purchased an equivalent-performing card from a more recent generation.

If you're only looking at 1x 7990, then the following might not be a concern, but for a larger farm in a residential area, you also have to think about powering your rigs such that you don't trip any circuit breakers or cause other problems.

Isn't 200 quite expensive?
I think you should also consider warranty issues.
