Baikal Miner Giant+ 2000 MH/s Support refuses to help! Support is awful! DOA!

My miner arrived DOA.  It would not connect or hash. I contacted them and got no response at all except to give my skype number.. show pictures of problem and the problem has been reported since 9/8 and no solution.

One of the hash boards is pretty much dead!  I can't use the PI controller on the one side.. so I been running it only on the 1 hash board side but now it's completey dying.. will not stay running at all keeps failing and requires power cycling it. 

Defective unit and they will not fix it!

So think twice about buying from them if this is the support you get with there product! I have emailed there support and even skype there support and nada!

Thanks for sharing .  I choose to not deal with them and I am glad I did not get involved with them.

Finally after 21 days got someone to respond to my problem.
