There is no in-wallet exchange. First you need to transfer your tokens to exchange which supports your tokens. Sell them for ETH or BTC. And after you can transfer back to your wallet

all the tokens you gathered/get/earn are not exchangeable in your eth wallet, you need to send it on some trading site that will accepting/supporting some tokens to be exchange in ethereum and exchange it to bitcoin then send it to your bictoin wallet.
these are the trading sites that you can try to exchange your tokens, try bittrex and etherdelta to exchange your tokens.
