the new user is imposter.   he stole / hacked my bitcointalk acct. thru Phishing scam. He may be responsible for many fake websites popping up / emails telling you to change PW. !!!!

You should move this thread to Meta board including your proofs that you own the account, by signing message using the staked address you posted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0
That's one of the strong proofs if you don't have it maybe an email used can help to prove that you own the account to tagged the account but you can't recover the account without the signed message from the thread above.
