Campaign is still open, anyone who wanted to join the campaign is welcome, those who quite and wanted to reenter the signature campaign is still welcome, besides you still have your stake saved for the computation of reward.
And due to the adjustments, the bounty reward were increased to compensate for the prolonged duration of the campaign. And increase of almost 70% of the bounty is a fair adjustment IMHO.
