I am looking to buy the Office 365 Education Admin accounts. I have seen people sell them before but do not see any current offers.

I am sure you got this wrong, I never heard of an office 365 Admin account, could you be looking for an edu email that you can use to get office and other microsoft student products for free or are you looking for MSDN Admin Acc or DreamSpark?
I would suggest you think this through and make a proper thread before you end up buying something you don't need.
