We will only be accepting digital currencies (BTC, ETH, etc.) in exchange for ACAD tokens. Given payments are just the first feature to the AC blockchain, ACAD tokens are all that is needed to cover payments.

Will you be able to accept other cryptocurrencies as well? Maybe even fiat in the next few years, until it dies?

I can understand your reasoning for that, but I kind of feel like you're limiting yourself. No matter how much we all hate to admit it, fiat is king right now. It's what every person walking down the street uses, so why not trade it for AcademyCoins for the foreseeable future directly from user instead of going through third parties?

We're working on better messaging of POC and our future blockchain features

That's exactly right  Using cryptographic hashes, content creators can use transactions to fully own the rights to their content/courses.

POC is the second feature we'll be deploying to wallets in the coming months. Lots of creators are super excited to "copyright" their content.

Can you elaborate more on Proof of Creation? Is this a way for teachers prove they've created their own course work and possibly market it?

That actually seems pretty innovative and what seems to separate your coin from everyone else. I'd really try to push this if I were you.

Yes. POC and Wallet 2.0 will be deployed in January. We are also on track to release Wallet 3.0 with public mining by mid-next year as well

Currently, no.

We have seen a few awesome education companies launch courses and learning materials who would highly benefit from he AC blockchain. In our opinion, there needs to be more education focused companies in the space.

After seeing all the initial success of ACAD with content creators we do expect more companies to come into the space this quarter.

Great suggestion okspam! We've had multiple video creators that teach students new languages inquire about accepting ACAD. A big goal of the ACAD Token is to allow online creators and educators to accept payments regardless of their platform.

Youtube, Udemy, Coursera, Google Hangout, and Bloggers have been our biggest platforms for creators so far. New creators on different platforms have been reaching out daily!

Thanks! I have a deep fascination with tech startups for some reason, so I always love looking at previous companies and seeing how they fared. It seems like LendLayer was a success since it was acquired, but I can't seem to find how much they paid for it though..

It's already been answered, but I posted the original Pre-ICO message, but after the initial response we decided it would be best to make the academycoin account to allow the team to answer any questions.  Since that account is more actively watched, it is also the best account to forward any messages to regarding wanting to provide translations for the project ect.
