Converting BTC To USD/EUR After Receiving Online

Hi,

Before starting an advertising campaign for my family's diamond jewelry & loose diamonds shop, https://www.antwerpor.com, I would like to also set up a method of accepting bitcoin payments and converting them into money as fast as possible.

What would be the best way do to this? I want a regular company to rely on, and good rates.

Any suggestions people here might have to get me faster on my path would be much appreciated!
