do you have a clue about your password ?
if you have it try to follow this thread and do what he said to you,
you still have a hope, but it's very hard and rarely to solve it.

if you do not have any clue about it,

Without the SEED your only recourse is to "hack" the password.  If you used a simple <10 character password there are ways, as mentioned above, but if you have a long and complex password then you are out of luck.  As a reminder, Electrum requires you to copy the SEED somewhere so that you at one point had to paste in the SEED on the second screen while creating your wallet.  Are you absolutely certain that place where you copied the original SEED is not still sitting on your computer?  If you recently created this wallet, remember that a deleted file is not really gone many of the times.  Maybe a recovery using free easy software can grab the file where you pasted the SEED.  Trying to help.

If you have at least some clue what the pass might be you can try to ask people to brute force it (giving some reward of course... depends on how much BTC you have there).
Just make bounty thread mentioning what reward you are willing to give and some members might be interested.

This is the hardest thing if you forgot the password of your wallet.. and forgot to back up 12 word phrase or private key i think this time its impossible to recover your lost password or and i think you will never get your password seed in any 3rd party or any software except if you are just save your back up seeds somewhere in your computer just find it and use the search bar this is the only thing the hope..

And you can try to recover them maybe next day and you can remember your password.. just keep thinking .. If if you can't be still remember.. There's no other way to get your wallet back..

Smiley Hi, thank you for your answers. The seeds I lost were written on a sheet of paper, I did not write them on a pc file.
The password is complex but I remember something.  I try to follow the instructions on my own.
If I 'll  not have succeed (most likely) I will ask someone for help.
There is a bit of money in the wallet (a university part payment  Undecided ),
To give one of you the  wallet we have to think how to do i don't not lose all the bitcoin
thanks for the help

thats really bad, if you lost your private key, lost the seed, so you cant acces your address.
do you have other backup ? maybe cloud?

Smiley  In fact, it is very difficult to follow the instructions if you do not have time and if you have never done something like this.
I'm willing to try to give the wallet to some body .
in the wallet there are about 0.240btc which are about 800 euros. I could give up to 300 euro to anyone who can find the password.
But it is a big risk of losing everything and I do not know how to manage it.  Undecided  Cry

300 Euro is a good amount and 0.24 BTC is also worth trying, sent you a PM

Instead of giving out your full wallet file, I suggest that you use btcrecover to generate a partial extract of the wallet file... That way you can just give the people helping the extract and they'll be able to test password guesses, but not have access to your coins when they find the password.

Have a read here: https://github.com/gurnec/btcrecover/blob/master/docs/Extract_Scripts.md
