I am buying your BTC for Paypal at +10% Preev. i.e for $100 BTC you will get $110 Paypal, I guess you get the math.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.
