If you for $ mean dollars in the form of VISA / bank accounts, as a "noobie", your best option would be to buy bitcoins through http://coinbase.com , and transfer those to a site such as http://bittrex.com

Coinbase made a easy-to-use guide here, -> https://www.coinbase.com/buy-bitcoin?locale=en

They might have not the most competetive ratings, but they are, in my opinion, the most trusted and noob-friendly exchange there is.

Once you have the BTC you just sent them to your bittrex account adress, and transfer them to the altcoin you want.

Coinbase is super easy, you can find them here; https://www.coinbase.com/
You can deposit to Coinbase with Visa credit card or via bank transfer. Mind you Visa credit card carries higher fees. I have used them before and they are reliable.

My personal favourite is https://www.bitstamp.net/ I have tried both with credit cards on their site as well as bank transfers, both in large sums and I never had issues. The money always arrived there. They are highly reliable and bank transfers are paid to your account promptly once they receive the funds.

I hope this helps.

Thank you guys for answering. 1 more question please. There is no 1 site which accept $ (us dollars) for altcoin? Because i need to:

1. Desposit dollars
2. Trade dollars to bitcoin
3. Withdraw bitcoins

Go to other site:

4. Deposit bitcoins
5. Trade bitcoins for altcoins
6. Withdraw to wallet

And each time there is provision? I mean from step 1, i deposit 200$ to step 6, how much i will loose $?

Depends on which altcoins you want to buy.

There are some exchange who offer VISA/Bank account $$ for Litecoin / Ethereum / some other big altcoins.

At coinbase you can for example buy both of these altcoins.

It would actually be smarter to buy these then bitcoin, because you pay less fees.

Lets say you buy litecoin, then coinbase will take a % fee, https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2109597-buy-sell-bank-transfer-fees ( 1-  4 / 5%. )

tx cost will be pretty low, and the bittrex exchange will take a % bookmarker fee. ( 0.15%)

I'd say you will pay around 4-7% in fees, depending on your other tx fees. which in your case would be 8-14$.

Depends on which altcoins you need to trade. True is when the exchange supports fiat deposits they are not focusing to many altcoins ( just to major ones ) e.g. at kraken you can trade about 10 major altcoins with USD (BCH, ETH, ETC, LTC, XRP, DASH,XMR...), with coinbase ETH & LTC, bitstamp LTC, ETH. XRP.
Other exch. like poloniex, bittrex supports many altcoins but does not support fiat ( all you can is trade altcoins with UDST - which is altcoin with same value as USD).

There is no way to buy altcoins from USD.  You must first buy BTC or ETH via whatever means you prefer, and then purchase altcoins from an exchange or wallet with exchange features.  Coinbase route will be minimal fees, but take up to 1+ weeks to deposit funds and withdrawl BTC.  If you go the Bitcoin ATM route, this will charge you variable fees depending on the machines, which can be found on coinatmradar.com.  If you go the localbitcoins.com route, the rates are shown on each individual sellers post.  Beyond that, seems like you are on the right track.

There are not a lot of places that I know of that allow you to buy BTC for cash directly. I have only seen one site doing that and they only list a very small percentage of altcoins.

The best option would be to buy Bitcoin on poloniex, coinbase, bittrex, bitstamp or some other reputable exchange and then buy the altcoins with the Bitcoins that you bought.

It is a bit of a workaround but for now it is the best option.

Next decide if you would like to keep the coins you buy locally stored on a wallet on your PC (the safeat choice) or whether you want to keep them on an exchange site. Although that is riskier as you never know if an exchange site will close. While that is not common it is known to have happened.

Best of luck!

It is easy if you want to buy altcoins. In my country, there are exchangers who sell Bitcoin and Litecoin. But for now, I cannot find any other cryptocurrencies that I can buy in my country. I just need to transfer money to their local bank account and they will transfer the crypto to my wallet. But I need to know who are the trusted exchangers and the cheapest. Usually, I ask in my local forums or facebook groups. If you want to buy some altcoins, you better make sure that the seller is not scam.

Decide which altcoin you wanna buy on a crypto index site like https://coincodex.com/. On the same site you can see where it's trading, make an account on one of the top volume exchanges for that coin and purchase it there. If they have only cryptos (no fiat) then you need to buy bitcoins on an exchange like Kraken or Bitstamp and transfer bitcoin to that exchange.

Best way to LONG/SHORT Bitcoin. Up to 66x leverage. Register on BitMax now!
