Intro

The goal of this crowdfund is to develop a self sustaining crypto-currency company which will be used to launch a series of products that include a mining operation, token exchange and competitive gaming platform. Mining Token (MTO) does not need it's own blockchain so for efficiency MTO will be an ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain.

Deflationary Model : The first of every month 50% of net profit will be used to buy back and burn token. Once the amount raised during ICO has been burned 25% of net profits will go towards burning token. The goal of the burn is to give a return as soon as possible.

Participating in ICO

Buy bitcoin and make sure you have a wallet.

Create ether wallet. If you don't have one already go to MYETHERWALLET.com and make sure you have your backup secured. If you lose your wallet backup, you lose your Mining Tokens.

Choose how many tokens you want to buy and make payment. Make sure to input your ether address to receive your token at. Make sure to input your bitcoin address in case ICO goal is not met and bitcoin is refunded.

Minimum buy in is 100 tokens for simplicity sake.
