Since I live in Thailand, any purchases outside thailand applies a redicelous conversion fee + service fee PER TRANSACTION!

I'm wondering if you guys know any good physical Credit card providers that you can order and have it sent to your adress, with friendly transacption/conversion fees?

Is Payoneer good for instance?
