A friend who ordered Bitmain Antminer L3+ just told me that his shipping date was 20th September 2017 but he neither received miners nor tracking number of shipment, on writing to Bitmain he got no response for 10 days in a row.
Any idea if Bitmain is still in business or going bankrupt?
I seriously doubt they're going bankrupt with all the miners they are selling every single day and the control they exert over Bitcoin and other chains. Bitmain does have support issues, though, I'd say wait a couple days and send more mail. Unfortunately they seem to be getting more crappy every day.
