Best Virtual cards to withdraw from paypal

i want to know what is the best bitcoin Virtual/plastic cards to withdraw my money  from my bussines paypal account , i live in palestine and i can provide document to prove id

PS : here in palestine i cant provide any document to proof address since i got nothing under my  address !

You just must understand that in order to withdraw any funds, the card must be a Visa and not a MasterCard.

I have used Wirexapp for that matter, but any Visa card should do the trick. I believe there was a law in like 26th May or something regarding Money laundering, so now the limits are much lower for unverified accounts (100$) and If you want anything higher, you will need to provide more info. If the amount in your PayPal account is spendable, I suggest selling it for BTC and then selling your bitcoins to a payment method that you actually have (Bank transfer for example).

if you want to make withdrawals from PayPal you will need a plastic card
because I think it requires a photo of your card, and with the virtual card you will not be able to make a photo.
vista card is the best, wirex, cryptopay, xapo, satoshi tango, uquid, spectrocoin, bitwala ....

A lot of options are available but the most profitable are when you are dealing with individuals so either trade on the forums (Currency exchange section) or in Paxful. It may be hard at first and people may not trust you, until you gain some trust because PayPal can be chargebacked.

I've only seen people use Wirex to withdraw money from paypal and be able to convert it into bitcoin once again all in one place. However there are 2 downfalls. one is that you have to get verified, and two is that they are stopping all services for EU members in terms of VCC in a few weeks time.

You might as well get a VBA from some country in Europe, if you want this.
