The city of London is a city that contains the historic centre and central business district of London. Therefore it's a great place to spend, but more important, to gain money. With the London currency you can stake up to 707% arp. London will be the first, after the Brexit, staking coin with a high and fair staking rate.

you have 14B coins in total supply but only give 350 for bounty task, do you calculate something wrong? why not be more generous

if you want to mine it, just do as the proof of work blocks are few and it will go proof of stake, you have 14B coins in total supply but only give 350 for bounty task, do you calculate something wrong? why not be more generous
Yes I was kind of wondering about that as my next question could be because of a small premine from which the bounty will be subtracted,

Just wanna make a quick note, that I would be extremely cautious here. A UK coin was made last month, looked very good with very similar specs. The dev even asked for beta testers and so on, and then he ran away after 2 weeks, the chain is stuck and a lot of people have losses. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2156309.0A lot of things looking quite the same in this thread: Both have a newbie user with dev at the end. Structure of the topic. Linking imgur files. Wallet from mega.nz and, of course, both UK-ish coins I wish the coin best of luck, just wanna give everybody a hats up. If I am wrong, I am very sorry dev.

the staking rewards really attract people around here to read about the project but i think its needed to think twice before allowing yourself to support such type of project i dont think investors will buy this after it will be added inside the exchange maybe its much better to hold this coin inside your wallet and allow it to stake from time to time.

What is the purpose of the creation of this coin. Will it be used somehow in London or what it actually has significance expect its name. This high PoS will not somehow lead to larger inflation which will make the market high volatile with such large supply? May be I am missing some part to get this well.

Hey the premine for once is actually not bad at all. What do you plan to use for premine on and how? Is that a plan that could be shared with the community here?
is the 14 billion coins max supply being met fully through mining or is there a cap on mining and then PoS kicks in. Or is this a hybrid coin where PoW and PoS is active at the same time?

Think seriously about the suggestion that you increase the bounties to 3500 coins, not 350. There is 14 BILLION supply. There must be enough incentive to invest time in bounties. Just my 2 cents. How to stake? My wallet says "not staking".

I'm extremely wary of this coin.
For those that don't know, the way previous scams have worked in this type of coin (new dev with no history on here, claims regional coin but obviously doesn't speak the language of that place fluently, massive cap, high difficulty etc) are that the dev gets you to buy as many as possible upfront. Then they get onto an exchange or two and keep dumping as many as possible, whilst stringing users along with promises of website, whitepaper etc.
By the time the coin stops working (UKCoin was due to difficulty becoming too great) they have sold loads of essentially free coins to unsuspecting users and they then vanish, ready to start up another con using the same system.
This does smell exactly the same to be honest so if you value your funds consider finding a better project.

Hello All,
We've added several extra bounties. Also we have added our pre-order. From this moment on you can order London Coins / 600 Sat. PM us when interested.
We want to get listed at the following exchanges: Cryptopia, Coinexchange, Novaexchange, Mercatox
Think seriously about the suggestion that you increase the bounties to 3500 coins, not 350. There is 14 BILLION supply. There must be enough incentive to invest time in bounties. Just my 2 cents. How to stake? My wallet says "not staking". add to london.conf staking=1 Your coins need 180 confirmations before staking is activated over 180 confirmations and staking=1 added still not staking....

What does London coin have to do with London, the capital of Great Britain? Are there many merchants in London that accept London coin? Is it backed by the British empire?

I really sorry for who are stuck with this coin, I had the same problem with ukc. It seems this dev repeats this all the time and cashes in the premine. I would be very careful in the future if somebody makes another attempt with the same kind of "style".

Coin has still connections and is staking ... the question is of course what's a stake worth without an exchange. Um, probably like ... nothing.
Some of the new exchanges might actually list it if being asked. Coinsmarkets listed more or less everything free ... but it's gone at least for the time being and maybe for ever.
