used my wallet a year ago no problem , open my wallet a few days back and got message that it was synchronizing so thought yep that make sense haven't used it for a while , bought my coin and sent them to my wallet then realize that my wallet was stuck at 1 years 43 weeks behind , read stuff and advise to upgrade to latest version which might solve my corrupt block , did that so Bitcoin Core version v0.15.0.1 (64-bit) on window 7 not sure what to do from there ? backup wallet uni stall and reinstall ??

i don't have high technical experience but i advice if you have good internet speed , delt all old data found \apps except wallet.dat then reinstall latest updated version  0.15.0.1 .

yep that's what i want to do except i won't delete folders manually just use the uninstall function but i like to have an experience tech guy to confirm because if i fuck up i am losing a lot of money , right now my money is floating in the internet highway and that is making me nervous , also I am right to assume my key is store in wallet.dat and that my sending addrees i use will stay the same after i reinstall ??

That won't do anything. No need to uninstall. Uninstalling does not touch any of the Bitcoin Core data so it won't make a difference if you uninstall and reinstall. Go to the Bitcoin Core datadir and delete the folders named blocks and chainstate or rename them to something else. The path to your datadir is listed in the Debug Window (Help > Debug Window).

Backup your wallet.dat file which will be found in the datadir as well.

When you do all of this, make sure that Bitcoin Core is shut down.
