The line you have mentioned is indeed practically very much applicable and those who are now millionaires with bitcoin are the ones who bought bitcoin two, three years back. OP all depends on the amount of capital that you want to invest in crypto Currency. If the amount is huge enough and you can endure for a long period of time, it means that you can buy bitcoin at any given time. But if the amount is not that big and you cannot invest for a long period of time then, you need to wait until has decline dip base on history before you buy and sell when it value appreciate.

Obviously all depends on the price of bitcoin and financial status of the investor. If bitcoin is at low price and the investor too does not have too much capital, it is the best chance for him to garb bitcoins. But if the prices are high and the investor is having no issues of money, he can grab bitcoins even at the high prices. Personally I suggest buying bitcoins at low prices regardless of financial status.

There are no specific or general rules when you or we should buy and sell but there are some tips:
-Buy when it dip or dump
-Sell when price goes up

Note:
Trading are risky as you need to monitor the market and the xoin you want to buy. Better to check the history of the coin before buying it so you will know if this coin are been pump and dump out.
Check the suppy of it
Check the dev. Abd back up company.
Have focus on what you do and of patient and understanding.

As being a good trader it’s a big logic of all traders that if you want to do holding trading then you must buy the goods at the time when people start them to through them to the street dustbins and you must sell at the time when every person have need of goods then you must sale at time it will be good forever for you.

Buy as soon as you receive good news from altcoin and sell immediately if bad news is received. I often use this and limit a lot of risk. I think when prices drop you should find the reason and need to remind between selling or buying

I dont get the point on here but well its really normal for traders or investors to sell out if the price is on the peak and buy if the prices is on the dips but this kind of thing isnt really easy to determine because we wont even know if the certain price range is already the peak or the bottom which most of us would really make false assumptions and mistakes but still we would really need to risk specially when we do have strong basis on where would prices would go.

Yeah there is nothing so much complicated in the bitcoin if the price of the bitcoin is low then it is the right time to buy the bitcoin and if you are able to invest then invest in the bitcoin so you will be able to enjoy the profit when you will see the price of the bitcoin high and you will sell but the most important thing is to hold your bitcoin for the longtime and not to sell at the small price.

You can try to buy some bitcoin every week or every month. No matter how is the price. Then  just keep it for several years. You will get profit at  that time.

In trading we only follow this two important instructions, you buy when price is low provided you have your capability to add your investments and sell when the price is rise or if you have a chance to sell when bitcoin is in its peak price it would be better. I don't know why always everyone keep asking that question, there is simple answer to this question and i bet everyone know its answer, "buy low sell high" no matter what the current price is if you want to make profit just invest any time you want, price fluctuate but it always results in higher price then the last month so definitely gives you profit.

Buy when the price calms down and looks back for a correction mode because till then, price will either go up or remain steady at fixed levels.
Sell when you need fiat because Bitcoin is here to grow and if you want to day-trade, then you already lost a chance of making ~14% over your investment.

There is right time to buy or sell Bitcoin. I mean that right time cannot be guaranteed by someone.
But I would say that buy the coins when price is lowest and sell when the price reaches its peak value , as for now the price is above 5000$ which is the right time to sell the Bitcoin if you are interested.

It's a big one and cannot be answered in four lines. Buying and selling depends on what type of trader you are, whether you are investor,or  day trader or swing trader or fundamental trader or technical trader.

For example fundamental trader buy and sell on fundamental news and on major events whereas technical trader takes positions based on his trading setup like hammer and shooting star. Different type of trader have different type of buy and sell rules, but the trader must have the trade plan which contain a good strategy in it and that will tell us when is the exact buy entry comes in.
